I lead a design team focused on helping customers to start and participate in conversations. We’ve created a variety of solutions to help customers express themselves and foster healthy discourse in Tweets and DMs.

We added Quote Tweets to Tweet Details so customers could see more of the conversation.

Customers can use GIFs, photos and videos instead of.just text when they quote Tweet.
