The MTV Video Music Awards are known for creating cultural moments, so the MTV team wanted a way for users to be able to easily capture and share them from the live streams.
I created an interface that sat on top of the existing video player which allowed users to create a quick GIF from video. An animated gif or still could be exported and then easily shared to social media.
